Co-Founder
Javier, owns an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS alumnus). He worked 12 years for one of the world´s top consulting firms in the M&A field. He served Tecnicas Reunidas group for 9 years and provided advise in different strategic matters in several jurisdictions across the globe, including middle east and Latam. He provided advise to Saudi Aramco, Maadem and King Abdullah Economic City board of directors, in Saudi Arabia.
Javier provided M&A advise for most of the top Hedge funds and PE firms across the globe. He studied management and compliance at the University of Manchester and an MBA at Harvard Business School. He is also certified in M&A strategies from Columbia Business School

Julian San Cristobal
Co-Founder
Julian has been a starter of companies since a very young age. After four years as secretary of state in the Spanish goverment he continued his business activity by connecting companies for M&A process across complex deals in the European and USA markets. He took part in several of the largest M&A processes in the health, telecom, oil and gas and derivatives industries and construction.

Julian participated in some of the largest M&A processes in Spain and France during the 1990´s and until today. He owns a large and high quality contact network covering four continents across a wide spectrum of industries. Julian owns a bachelor degree in Economics, and is an expert on econometrics and stock investments. He is an investor in the stock and derivative markets, achieving high yield returns.

Mouzahem Bin Abdalla Al Nuaimi
Co-Founder
Mouzahem has an extensive background conducting oil and gas business operations since 1999. He has worked for Repsol and has experience on derivatives trading across the UAE market. He has been a representative of Gulf Petroleum ( Ajman Holding) owned by Abdulaziz Bin Hamid Al Nuaimi.

Mouzahem conducted oil trade operations with several larger corprations across the Caucasian region and Turkey.

Mouzahem education is journalism helped him to build a wide and high quality network of contacts across the commodities Oil and Gas industry .
